REFUND POLICY

Design In Pakistan (operated by Design in Pk LLC) will provide a full refund if the project has not been started within 20 days of purchase. However, this policy can be terminated at any point in time regardless of the scenario, and this only applies if the request is made upon viewing the initial concepts only (less a 10% processing fee). Furthermore, any revisions requested after viewing the initial concepts will void this offer and will be considered a continuation of the project.
  • The refund policy will not be applicable on any discounted offers.
  • The refund policy will not be applicable if the customer has been unresponsive for more than 20 days.
  • The customer can always request to put their project on hold for a certain period; however, a refund won’t be applicable in such situations.
  • The refund will be voided if requested over situations not related to the company, such as the business shutting down, a partner not agreeing on the design, or any other scenarios outside the company's control.
  • Urgent design projects are non-refundable.
  • The company will not refund any client whose work was outsourced to Design In Pakistan by a third party.
  • If the refund has been processed, the customer or the entity will have zero authority to use any source of work/design that has been shared with them. If found, it will be a breach of contract, and legal proceedings will be initiated.
  • In the event of a payment dispute (chargeback) filed by the client, the project and contract will be immediately terminated. We reserve the right to contest the dispute with the payment provider using all available communication and delivery evidence.
  • The client can always reach out to Design In Pakistan in case of any difference between the contract and the commitments made.
  • In case of duplicate charges, a 100% refund will be applied to the duplicate transaction.
Note: The refund will take 10-15 business days after the cancellation request has been approved. However, the client will not use any of the provided work shared with them. In case of bundle purchases, only the specific service in question will be refunded.
